Jeg ville helt klart anbefale et CMS (content management system) til at oprette multiple brugere og admins som kan rette i forskellig ting. Det er meget simpelt, ligetil og dog også customizable.

Tag et kig på TinyMCE. Det er baseret på javascript og kan integreres i adminsider. Den overtager <textarea> og giver dig en online-text-editor.
